How much is delivery?

UK, European and Worldwide delivery is included in our standard pricing.

Stock levels & dispatches

Items quoted as "In Stock" will typically be dispatched within one working day of purchase. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible and generally try to pick, pack and dispatch any order received before 3pm on a weekday on the same day the order was received.

Items quoted as "Available to Order" are either regular stock items that are temporarily out of stock, or higher value items that are only purchased to-order. In general, most parts ordered that are not held in stock tend to be available within one to two weeks. In very rare cases, this may be up to a maximum of 4 weeks.

Delivery by Country

Within the UK

The price includes a First Class delivery from the Royal Mail. In our experience, Royal Mail have one of the best track records in succesfully handling delivery to residential addresses. In the majority of cases, delivery is made within one working day of the day of dispatch. The majority of products sold through this website are packaged to allow for letterbox delivery.

Within France

The price includes a Colissimo delivery from La Poste. Typically it takes two working days from dispatch for the goods to enter the La Poste network and a further one to three days for delivery to be made.

For the rest of the world

The goods will be sent by Royal Mail's International Standard service (formerly "Airmail"). Delivery to European destinations is typically 3 to 5 working days. Delivery to the rest of the world is typically 5 to 7 working days.
